1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any quotes, system designs, products or installation services provided by Solar Hub Fiji Pte Ltd ("Solar Hub Fiji", "we", "us" or "our"), a company operating in the Republic of Fiji. By using this site or engaging us, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

We design, supply, install and support residential and commercial solar and battery systems in Fiji. Information on this website — including system descriptions, equipment tiers and savings illustrations — is provided for general guidance only and does not form a binding offer. A binding agreement is created only when we issue you a written quote or contract and you accept it.

3. Quotes, estimates and pricing

All figures shown on this website, including any calculator outputs, are indicative estimates only and are expressed in Fijian dollars (FJD). They are not a guarantee of price, savings, generation or payback. Actual savings depend on your roof, your energy use, system design and the prevailing tariffs of Energy Fiji Limited (EFL). A firm price is confirmed only in a written quote, which is valid for the period stated on it and is subject to a site assessment and engineer-checked design.

4. Orders and payment

Where you accept a quote, payment is made according to the staged schedule set out in that quote. We will set out the full payment schedule in writing before any commitment. Where finance is arranged, the terms of the relevant finance provider also apply. Title to equipment passes to you in accordance with your written contract; risk passes on delivery to your property.

5. Installation, access and approvals

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for assessment and installation, and to confirm that you are the owner or have the owner's authority to commission the work. We manage installation through qualified installers and arrange any approvals or connection requirements with EFL as needed. Timeframes are estimates and may be affected by weather, shipping, third-party approvals or factors beyond our control.

6. Workmanship and product warranties

Our installations are covered by a workmanship guarantee and the relevant manufacturer product warranties. Details are set out in our Warranty page and in your written contract. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under applicable Fiji consumer protection law.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us (such as your usage, roof details and contact details), for obtaining any consents required from a body corporate, landlord or neighbour where relevant, and for maintaining your system in line with the guidance we provide.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, designs, graphics and logos — is owned by or licensed to Solar Hub Fiji and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by Fiji law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant work. We do not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and the providers we use to process it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Fiji, and the Fiji courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here applies to your use of the site.
