Grace Road, Nawaicoba — 154kW Commercial Solar

This install uses 280 × 550 W panels (JAM72S30-550/MR) feeding a Huawei inverter (3 × SUN2000-40KTL-M3). It is designed to offset daytime power use first, which is where most commercial sites spend the bulk of their EFL bill.

A battery can usually be added later. The system was engineered with that path in mind, so storage and outage backup are an upgrade, not a rebuild.

~238,827 kWh / year estimated generation. That figure comes from the engineering proposal for this specific roof and layout. Real-world output varies with weather, shading and how the site uses power, which is why we publish it as an estimate and never as a promise.
