This install pairs 12 × 550 W panels (TH550PMB7-46SC) with 5.12 kWh total battery storage, so the household does not just make solar power during the day, it stores some of it. Stored energy covers the evening, and when the EFL grid drops out, the battery keeps essential circuits running instead of the lights going off with the street.

The Growatt inverter (1 × SPH5000 TLBL-UP) is the hub of the system. It converts the panels' DC output into usable AC power, decides when to charge or draw from the battery, and manages the switch to backup when the grid goes down.
